To ship to the countries listed above, place your order using Bluefly Checkout. Bluefly will then ship your order to you using DHL Worldwide Express. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the customers and import duties at the time of delivery. Bluefly cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

Orders are usually packed within 2-4 business days. International orders are shipped DHL Worldwide Express and are usually delivered within 10 business days from the order`s ship date.

Duties & Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country`s national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
In the event that Bluefly is responsible for a return (i.e. Bluefly ships an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged), Bluefly will be held responsible for return shipping costs incurred, including duties and taxes, for the original order, as well as outbound shipping costs associated with a replacement order.

Estimating Australian Customs and Duties
· Australian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Australia are established by Australian Customs
· Customs Duty is charged on the purchase price of the goods
· The standard rate of duty on clothing is 25%, but may vary
· The Goods and Services Tax ("GST ") is charged on the total of the purchase price plus the Customs Duty plus the freight and insurance paid or payable for transporting the goods
· The current GST is 10% and is subject to change
· There is no gift rate. There is a gift allowance of $200 is for unsolicited gifts of a non-recurring nature sent to an individual in Australia by an individual outside Australia
